Jiliive strictly enforces an 18+ age policy. Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to open an account or use the platform.

Jiliive may request the following documents for account verification:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Selfie photo (holding your NID or passport)
• Proof that the name matches your Mobile Pay / Nagad / Rocket account
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)

Withdrawals may be limited until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete. This is typically required before your first large withdrawal.

• The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must share the same mobile number.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. If detected, both accounts will be closed.

• Wagering Requirement: A specified amount must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn — typically 15x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Duration: Most bonuses are valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.

• Maximum Bet: A maximum bet of ৳500 per round may be placed from a bonus balance.

Jiliive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time. In cases of abuse, bonuses will be forfeited and appropriate action will be taken.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be voided and the wagered amount will be refunded.
• Sports Betting payouts will be made based on official results.
• Jiliive reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error during live betting.
• Any bet placed on a game or sports market with clearly erroneous odds will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jiliive. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Using false information or a fake identity to claim bonuses
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds
• Playing games using software, bots, or automated tools
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonuses or winnings
• Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities or bugs for financial gain
• Misconduct or harassment toward jiliive staff

Jiliive may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed violation of Terms & Conditions
• Requesting large withdrawals without completing KYC verification
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• At the player's own request
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority

Where possible, jiliive will notify the player before closing an account. Any valid balance will be returned after verification.
